We’re introducing a brand new feature, called Mixology Monday! Stay tuned here and on social media, where we’ll showcase a recipe you can make at home using our spirits. We’ll also include a brief description of the history of the cocktail or the flavor profile. Let’s get things started with the Southside Cocktail…
Like many classic cocktails, the Southside has a variety of differing origin stories. Among the most popular is that it was enjoyed on the Southside of Chicago in the 1920s by notorious gangster and bootlegger Al Capone. Regardless of it’s origin, the Southside is a refreshing and easy-to-make cocktail that really shines with the floral bouquet of our Garden Gate Gin.
