The Spirits Soirée will highlight a Wisconsin tradition and one of the most diverse elements, brandy. A sure to delight selection of brandy cocktails for the evening includes Sazeracs, French 75s, Jack Roses, Sidecars and of course Press House Brandy Old-Fashioneds!
On the hors d’oeuvres menu, Bistro Chef Romain will be highlighting culinary treats such as Goat Cheese and Smoked Salmon Crostini, Assorted Local Cheeses and Charcuterie, Red Wine Braised Beef, Stuffed Mushrooms, Bourbon Maple Glazed Bacon Wrapped Prunes, Trois Fromage Quiche, House-made Bread, Bottled-in-Bond Brandy Pecan Toffee and Bourbon Caramel Custard Verrines.
Each ticket includes two cocktails and these delicious hors d’oeuvres, with additional drinks available for purchase. At 7:45 there will be a sneak-peak taste of our soon-to-be-released Bottled-in-Bond Brandy and bottles will be available that evening to purchase ahead of the March 7th public release.

Distillery Behind-the-Scenes Guided Walk
Walk behind the scenes with a guide to explore the distillery where you will see our stills, barrel aging room, grain room and our bottling line. This complimentary guided walk runs every 15 minutes and lasts around 30 minutes and will run from 10:15am – 4pm. Please note, we will not be offering winery tours that day.
Cooking with Wine & Spirits
Our very-own Chef Romain will do his first Open House cooking demo. Although Romain is not new to our cooking demos…he started helping with the demos when he was a child. Chef Romain will share tips on cooking with wine and spirits as he prepares tasty dishes to sample featuring our wine and our newly-released Bottled-in-Bond Brandy. Both products will be featured in one demonstration at 11am in our Vineyard Room at the winery.
Winemaker & Distiller
Winemaker Philippe will be on hand to talk with you throughout the day and will answer questions on how the grapevines are doing after the long winter. He may even be one of your guides at the Distillery! Distiller Tom will be in the Still House talking about upcoming releases of spirits and our barrel aging program.
The debut of our first Bottled-in-Bond Brandy will be released at the Open House. Our Bottled-in-Bond Brandy is distilled from Wisconsin white wine and will feature a high percentage of new brandy barrels selected to create a bold and rich 100 proof brandy that will highlight each vintage. Like our Bottled-in-Bond Bourbon, it will feature a Wisconsin sticker with the details of when it was distilled and bottled as well as its age.
At the distillery, we offer several flight options of our Wisconsin-grown spirits.
Enjoy one of our many cocktails, including our fan favorite true Wisconsin Brandy Old-Fashioned, made with our Press House Brandy.
A complimentary wine flight is available, along with additional flights available in our winery store.
During the Open House, our Bistro is open 11am-4pm to enjoy paninis, soups, quiche and desserts. Our wines are also available for purchase to enjoy by the glass.
