Celebrate one of Wollersheim’s favorite traditions — the release of our Ruby Nouveau, crafted fresh from this fall’s harvest and bottled just weeks after picking. We follow the tradition from Philippe’s home region of Beaujolais, France where the first taste of the year’s vintage is released the third Thursday of November. Join us for the commemorative tapping of the barrel and raise a glass with us.

We’re excited to welcome you for three magical evenings of Festive Fridays! On select Fridays, the Winery, Distillery, and Bistro will stay open late to celebrate the holiday season in true Wollersheim style.

No reservations are required to enjoy the event atmosphere, though optional tours and special holiday wine and cocktail tastings will be available to pre-reserve online. Check here to make that seated wine and cocktail tasting reservation.

Bistro Dining

• Lunch: 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm (regular lunch menu)

• Dinner: 4:30 pm – 7:30 pm (special evening menu)

• Seasonal highlight: Chef Romain’s festive Yule Log cake.

• Seating available in the Bistro or upstairs in the Sugarloaf Room.

• Wine by the Glass offered in the Bistro or at the U-shaped counter.

• Be the first to taste our Eagle White wine release on December 5th.

At the Distillery

• Sip on festive holiday cocktails crafted just for the season.

• Don’t miss the return of our popular Family Reserve Bourbon on December 12th.

• We have another special release on December 19th, our first 10 Year Old Bottled in Bond Bourbon.
