Distillery Guide

We are searching for customer service focused individuals who are passionate about spirits, wine, and food to join our retail team. Individuals in this position will conduct tastings, mix cocktails, and share knowledge of our spirits with our guests. This position will also operate cash registers, stock merchandise, and perform routine cleaning duties. Individuals in this position have an opportunity to expand their understanding of the wine and spirit making process as well as learn about cocktails and a wide array of spirits. This a part-time position working weekend and weekday shifts with some flexibility. Individuals must be at least 18 years of age, and have the ability to lift 40 lbs.

Winery Retail

We are searching for customer service focused individuals who appreciate wine to join our retail team. Individuals in this position will conduct tastings, pour wine, and share wine and spirit knowledge with our customers. This position will also operate cash registers, stock merchandise, and perform routine cleaning duties. Individuals in this position have an opportunity to expand their understanding of the wine and spirit making process and how wine and spirits pair with food. This a part-time position working weekend and weekday shifts with some flexibility. Individuals must be at least 18 years of age, and have the ability to lift 40 lbs.

Marketing Communications

Wollersheim is looking for an individual to join our team in the role of Marketing Communications. This position is full-time on-site and will promote the Wollersheim brand, including activities and products, and champion our passion for wine, spirits, and food culture. This position is responsible for:

• Create and communicate news releases regarding events, awards, and other communications.
• Monitor and maintain company social media accounts, respond to customer inquiries, and create content for each social media channel.
• Coordinate media visits and respond to information requests.
• Evaluate current and potential marketing campaigns.
• Provide written material for websites, blogs, and newsletters.
• Track and analyze marketing analytics and customer questions.
• Photograph company estate and products for communication and marketing purposes.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• 5 years of marketing or communications experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications, or commensurate experience.
• Appreciation of wine and spirits. Ability to champion our enthusiasm of wine, spirits, and food culture.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively communicate through various channels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Professional photography and video experience is preferred.
