Bistro Cook

Wollersheim Winery is looking for a culinary minded individual to join our team as a Cook in the Bistro. The Bistro focuses on offering our customers a menu that changes with the season and uses local ingredients.

The Bistro Cook is responsible for the preparation and portioning of food items, cooking a variety of dishes within a rotating seasonal menu, and preparing Bistro customer orders. This position will assist the Bistro Chef with Bistro service and the daily preparation, cooking, and cleaning of the bistro kitchen and food service area. This position will also aid in the preparation, cooking, and plating of special menus for occasional after hour events. This is a part-time position working weekday and weekend day shifts, Thursday-Sunday, with some flexibility. Individuals must be at least 18 years of age, and have the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Distillery Guide

We are searching for customer service focused individuals who are passionate about spirits, wine, and food to join our retail team. Individuals in this position will conduct tastings, mix cocktails, and share knowledge of our spirits with our guests. This position will also operate cash registers, stock merchandise, and perform routine cleaning duties. Individuals in this position have an opportunity to expand their understanding of the wine and spirit making process as well as learn about cocktails and a wide array of spirits. This a part-time position working weekend and weekday shifts with some flexibility. Individuals must be at least 18 years of age, and have the ability to lift 40 lbs.

Winery Retail

We are searching for customer service focused individuals who appreciate wine to join our retail team. Individuals in this position will conduct tastings, pour wine, and share wine and spirit knowledge with our customers. This position will also operate cash registers, stock merchandise, and perform routine cleaning duties. Individuals in this position have an opportunity to expand their understanding of the wine and spirit making process and how wine and spirits pair with food. This a part-time position working weekend and weekday shifts with some flexibility. Individuals must be at least 18 years of age, and have the ability to lift 40 lbs.
