Ruby Nouveau 2022 is now available!

Our Ruby Nouveau is Wisconsin’s version of a Beaujolais Nouveau, traditionally released in France on the third Thursday each November. Ruby Nouveau is made from our estate-grown Maréchal Foch grapes and Winemaker Philippe follows the traditional methods of whole berry fermentation of his home region.

Made from the highly acclaimed cold climate American hybrid varietal St. Pepin, from which the wine is named, the estate-grown dry white wine has notes of minerals, chalky soil, and stone fruits. Unlike many white wines, St. Pepin is aged for 6 months in French Oak barrels within our historic limestone cellars.
