Wollersheim’s Eagle White wine has soared back onto the shelves! But don’t wait too long to pick up your bottles — like the Eagles that grace our Wisconsin river valley every year, this wine isn’t always around.
We just released our first Bourbon on November 16th and have sold out. Our next batch of Bourbon will be ready in June 2020.
Please show your support by voting Wollersheim Winery as Madison’s Best Winery and Wollersheim Distillery as Madison’s Best Distillery! Thank you.
The Wollersheim Bistro is temporarily closed.
In this section, we are talking all about our Wisconsin Oak barrels and the effect they have on the spirits within them, particularly with our soon-to-be-released bourbon. So, with that being said, let’s get down to the hard(wood) facts.
Well, the time has finally come – almost. We are set to release Wisconsin Bourbon in just over two months on November 16th and we couldn’t be more excited.
Did you miss out on the big 4th of July Parade in Witwen, WI? The Sauk Prairie Eagle has you covered!
Such a successful event is only accomplished when people come together and that is exactly what happened! A special thanks goes out to the following for helping make this fundraiser possible.

Cedar Creek Winery is located in Cedarburg, Wisconsin, just north of Milwaukee or about a two hour drive East of the vineyards of Wollersheim.
Like much of the Midwest, Wollersheim Winery and Distillery experienced some of the coldest air in recent memory when the temperatures fell far below zero, putting strain on both the vines and crew alike.
