Our Ruby Nouveau is Wisconsin’s version of a Beaujolais Nouveau, traditionally released in France on the third Thursday each November. Ruby Nouveau is made from our estate-grown Maréchal Foch grapes and Winemaker Philippe follows the traditional methods of whole berry fermentation of his home region. Philippe will introduce the first taste of the season with a glass of Ruby Nouveau 2022.

In addition to the regular fall menu, the Bistro will offer a Ruby Chicken dinner for $12 with Coq au Vin (Ruby Chicken), Salad with Vinaigrette and a hunk of Baguette. The dinner will be an option at the Bistro over the weekend while supplies last.
