Add all ingredients to a shaker and swirl to decarbonate beer. Dry shake (shake without ice), then shake with ice and fine-strain into a chilled wine glass. Garnish with nutmeg.
*Scaredy Cat Oatmeal Stout Simple Syrup
Combine ingredients in saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, let cool. Keep refrigerated in airtight container up to two weeks.
