2 oz Garden Gate Gin
4 oz Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
½ oz Rhubarb Hops Syrup
Combine all ingredients in an ice filled Collins glass. Briefly stir. Garnish with dehydrated lemon.
The Greyhound cocktail combines the refreshing mixture of Grapefruit Juice with the floral Garden Gate Gin. We tame some of the tartness and add some herbal complexity with Rhubarb Hops simple syrup from Quince and Apple.
