2 oz Round Top Rye Whiskey
¼ oz Simple Syrup
4 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Dancehall Absinthe Blanche

Garnish: Lemon Peel

1. In a rocks glass add a dash of absinthe and swirl to coat. Discard any excess.
2. Combine all other ingredients in a mixing glass.
3. Add ice and stir until chilled.
4. Strain into the prepared rocks glass.
5. Express lemon peel over cocktail and discard.
