Ingredients
1 oz Press House Brandy
¾ oz Heirloom Pineapple Amaro
¾ oz Orgeat (Almond syrup)
¾ oz Lime Juice
1 dash Orange Bitters

Directions
1. Add ingredients to cocktail shaker
2. Add ice and shake 7-10 seconds
3. Strain contents into a rocks glass
4. Garnish with a pineapple chunk & a cherry on a spear
