The Sour is one of the classic American cocktails. It’s spirit-forward, easy to make, and very refreshing. Our version is made with Press House Brandy as the base spirit and includes egg white for velvety texture, though the egg white can easily be omitted.

Brandy Sour

  • 2 oz Press House Brandy
  • ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
  • ¾ oz simple syrup
  • ½ oz egg white (optional)
  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, and dry shake (without ice). Add ice to the shaker, and shake well. Strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with cherry and orange slice.
