Ingredients
1 ½ oz Garden Gate Gin
½ oz White Vermouth
½ oz Simple Syrup
½ oz Lemon Juice
3 Raspberries
¼ oz Egg White

Garnish: 3 Raspberries

Directions
1. Add 3 raspberries and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker.
2. Gently muddle raspberries.
3. Add remaining ingredients and shake vigorously without ice.
4. Add ice and shake until chilled.
5. Double strain into a cocktail glass.
6. Garnish with 3 skewered raspberries on a cocktail pick.
