Ingredients
1 ½ oz Press House Brandy
1 oz Cold Brew Coffee
3/4 oz Stout Syrup* (see note)
2 dashes Fee Brothers Aztec Chocolate Bitters

Garnish: dark cocoa powder sifted through a powdered sugar shaker.

Directions
1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until well chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with dark cocoa powder sifted through a powdered sugar shaker.

Note
Stout Syrup
1 – 12 ounce bottle stout beer
1 ½ cups brown sugar

Combine equal parts stout beer and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium low heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Remove saucepan from heat and place into an ice water bath to chill. When chilled pour into an airtight container and keep refrigerated. Syrup will keep for 3-4 weeks.
