2 oz Bottled-in-Bond Bourbon
1/2 oz Strawberryy Syrup (such as Real Brand)
1/4 oz Simple Syrup
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Ginger Beer, to top
Garnish: Mint Bouquet
Directions
1. Add all ingredients (except ginger beer) to a cocktail shaker
2. Add ice and shake until well chilled
3. Double strain into an ice filled Collins glass
4. Top with ginger beer
5. Garnish with mint sprig
