Please follow the pathway through the vines, where new wines grow in old-world tradition, and the aroma of past vintages fills the air.
Wine Tastings available at any time with or without the tour. You must be 21 years old or older to taste or purchase. Please bring photo ID. We accept all major credit cards and cash.
Please respect the nature of our private property. Please remain in designated public areas. Pets only in parking area. Wollersheim Winery and Distillery are smoke free. We hope you enjoy your visit!
Wine Garden
Our wine garden is open 10am to 5pm daily, spring through fall, weather permitting. Enjoy a glass of wine, some Wisconsin cheese, and a view of the vineyards under an umbrella.
Sugarloaf Wine Bar
Enjoy the comfort and atmosphere in our historic Sugarloaf Room. All wines are $6/glass. No carry ins allowed.
Historic Hillside Cave
The cave is open 10am to 4pm weather permitting. Closed in the winter.
Our hillside cave was built in the 1840s and has just been restored. The cave is currently open daily for viewing and has historic displays explaining the history of the cave. The cave is open for anyone wishing to take a look, and is no longer part of the guided tour.
Next to the cave is the upper wine garden, designated as “Bob’s Garden” in honor of our late founder Bob Wollersheim. At the back of the wine garden is our “Wine Sensory Garden”. The plants in the Wine Sensory Garden have been carefully chosen to be representative of aromas and flavors that we can smell or taste in the wines.
Winery Store
The winery store features all of our Wollersheim wines, one wine from our sister winery Cedar Creek Winery, and a variety of glassware, corkscrews, and gift items. We offer a fine selection of Wisconsin cheeses, unique food items, gift boxes and a variety of winery apparel.

Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
Our telephone is personally answered and our Business Reception desk is open Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm. The reception desk is also closed New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. For those who desire to meet with someone at the winery, kindly call ahead to schedule an appointment. Thank you!
