Pear Eau de Vie
A classic, dry, European style brandy, capturing the fruit essence of Wisconsin grown pears.
Production Method: Dry pear mash at 5% then distilled in our copper pot stills.
Alcohol: 40% alcohol by volume (80 proof)
Serving: Serve neat, on the rocks or use in cocktails.
Story: Wollersheim began distilling Pear Eau de Vie from Wisconsin grown pears in the fall of 2015. The first batch of Pear Eau de Vie was distilled from a blend of different varieties of pears grown at the Barthel Fruit Farm and here on the property.
