1 ½ oz Coquard Brandy
¼ oz Lemon Juice
¼ oz Simple Syrup
4 oz Cremant de Bourgogne
Lemon twist for garnish

Shake Coquard Brandy, lemon juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into a chilled champagne flute. Top slowly with 3-4 oz of Cremant de Bourgogne, and garnish with a lemon twist.
