Summer Serenades at Wollersheim
Fridays, July 24, August 14, 2026 11am-8pm
Join us for extended hours, delicious food, refreshing drinks, and live music on these summer Fridays! No reservations are needed. We’ll have music playing at both the Wine Garden and Distillery Patio locations. Soak up the beauty of the summer while sipping your favorite beverage and taking in the views. Our Bistro will be open from 11am-7:30pm for lunch, snacks, wine and supper with a special menu for the day.
Friday, July 24:
- Releases: Prairie Blush 2025 & Curiosity Collection No. 16 (Barrel Aged Gin)
- Distillery Patio Band playing 1pm-4pm: Top Shelf
- Wine Garden Band playing 4:30pm-7:30pm: Sam Ness
Friday, August 14:
- Release: Bourbon Barrel Aged Cabernet Sauvignon
- Distillery Patio Band playing 1pm-4pm: Bob’s Your Uncle
- Wine Garden Band playing 4:30pm-7:30pm: Gin, Chocolate & Bottle Rockets
Sunday Brunch at Wollersheim Bistro
2026 Dates: August 2 | 9:30am-4pm
September 13, October 18, November 8 | 9:30am-3pm
Once a month, enjoy a Sunday Brunch at Wollersheim Bistro. The usual Bistro menu is expanded to include brunch items such as French Toast, Frittata or Biscuits & Gravy. Wine by the Glass and Brunch Cocktails are also available.
No reservations are needed and seating is first come, first served. Order from the Menu at the Bistro counter and then enjoy your brunch inside the historic Winery, upstairs in the old Dancehall or outside in the Wine Garden.

On Brunch Sundays, the Winery is open 9:30am to 5pm, and the Distillery is open 12pm to 5pm.
