Ruby Nouveau
Grape: 80% Maréchal Foch and 20% Millot, estate-grown grapes – Lake Wisconsin Viticultural Area
Production Method: Whole berry fermentation, no aging
Sweetness: Dry
Alcohol: 13%

Story: Ruby Nouveau is the first taste of the new harvest and a tribute to the tradition of our winemaker’s birthplace in the Beaujolais region of France. A traditional Beaujolais Nouveau is released during the same fall in which the grapes are picked, so a short fermentation makes a light, fresh and fruity wine with unique flavors such as blackberry and violets, and a brilliant ruby-red color. Just as is custom in Beaujolais, our Ruby Nouveau is released on the third Thursday in November.

Special Note: Shipping is most economical in multiples of 6 or 12 wine bottles.
A price reduction of 5% will be applied for a quantity of 6 wine bottles ordered, and a Caseclub discount for 12 or more wine bottles when a Caseclub member. Wine bottles can be mixed. Mini 4-Packs and cans count as one bottle.
