1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb dried tart cherries
¾ bottle of Press House Brandy

Dissolve sugar and water in a pan over low heat. Remove from heat and add the vanilla, cherries and about 1 cup of brandy. Stir and ladle into tightly sealing jars. Top with brandy until cherries are fully covered, and seal jar. Let sit about 1 week, topping with brandy as needed. Store in the refrigerator, and use to garnish your favorite cocktail.
