2 oz Press House Brandy
1 oz Triple Sec or Orange Liqueur
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
Optional: Prepare a coupe or
cocktail glass by making a slit in a lemon wedge and running the cut edge around the rim of half of the glass. Then dip the rim of the glass in a saucer
of superfine sugar to create a thin crust.
Combine Brandy, Orange Liqueur, and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake until well chilled and double strain into the prepared cocktail glass.
