Production Method: Cold fermentation, natural residual sweetness by stopping fermentation
Sweetness: Semi-dry
Alcohol: 10%

Story: During the heart of winter, the Sauk Prairie area near Wollersheim Winery becomes a crucial place for nesting bald eagles that flock here to fish the open waters along the dam of the Wisconsin River.
History: Started making Eagle White in 1980

A price reduction of 5% will be applied for a quantity of 6 bottles ordered, and a Caseclub discount for 12 or more bottles when a Caseclub member. Bottles can be mixed and matched. Mini 4-Packs and cans count as one bottle. Very limited wines may not be eligible for discount.
