A Buck is a family of cocktails that combines spirit + citrus + ginger beer. The most famous drinks in this family include the Moscow Mule (with vodka) and the Dark N’ Stormy (with dark rum). We prefer our Bucks Wisconsin-style, which means we use Brandy! This refreshing cocktail is equally tasty in the middle of winter as in the sweltering summer heat. Cheers!

Brandy Buck

  • 2 oz Wollersheim Press House Brandy
  • ¼ oz Lemon Juice
  • 3 oz Ginger Beer
  • 2 dashes Bittercube Blackstrap Bitters
  • Add Brandy, lemon juice and bitters to a highball glass fill with ice and stir. Top with Ginger Beer. Garnish with a lemon slice, dehydrated or fresh.
