2 oz Wisconsin Apple Brandy
¾ ounce Grenadine*
½ ounce Lemon Juice

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until well chilled. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.

*Grenadine:
Combine 1 cup pomegranate juice and 1 cup sugar in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir until sugar has dissolved. Chill and store in an airtight container. Keep refrigerated.
