1 oz Family Reserve Coquard Brandy
½ oz Simple Syrup
½ oz Lemon Juice
JFC Vins Cremant de Bourgogne, to top
Garnish: Lemon Twist
1. Add all ingredients, except sparkling wine, to a cocktail shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until chilled.
3. Strain into a coupe or flute glass.
4. Top with sparkling wine.
5. Garnish with lemon twist.
