1 clove garlic
1-1/2 lb. swiss cheese, cut into cubes
2 cups Wollersheim Chardonnay Wine
ground pepper, to taste
cubed french or italian bread
1. In a saucepan, rub the open garlic clove over the bottom of pan. Put in the cheese and wine. Melt until cheese is smooth, stirring constantly. Season with pepper
2. Pour the cheese sauce into the fondue pot and keep warm at low heat.
3. To serve, dip the bread cubes into the sauce and enjoy.
