Ingredients
1 ½ oz Press House Brandy
½ oz Red Port
½ oz Pineapple Syrup (1 pineapple juice : 1 sugar)
¾ oz Lemon Juice
¼ oz Pomegranate Grenadine (1 pomegranate juice : 1 sugar)
2 dashes CBV Bitters

Directions
1. Add ingredients to cocktail shaker
2. Add small ice and shake 10-20 seconds
3. Dirty dump into a Collins glass
4. Garnish with a BOF garnish
