Wollersheim 2024 Spring Caseclub Tasting
Thursday, Friday, Saturday, May 2, 3, 4, 2024
This Caseclub Member exclusive tasting is a strolling version and takes place on May 2nd, 3rd or 4th. You’re welcome to sample over a dozen wines alongside delicious Wisconsin cheese pairings as you meander through our fermentation & production areas and into the historic cellars. We’ll have a sneak peak at the Domaine Reserve 2023, an especially good but limited vintage. We will offer a limited number of Futures of 6 bottles to Caseclub members only, to be ordered this May and picked up in November 2024.
The Caseclub tasting takes approximately 1 hour. When booking, please reserve your arrival time as a 15 minute window to start your tasting. Guests welcome when accompanied by a member. You must be 21 or older to taste wine.
The Winery, Distillery and Pick-up building will all be open from noon until 5 pm during the tasting days. The Bistro and the Vineyard will be open from noon until 4:30 pm.

Spirits Society Summer Tasting at the Distillery

Our member exclusive Summer Spirits Society Tasting will be held on Thursday, June 27 where we will spend the evening enjoying cocktails and spirits! This summer’s focus will be on brandy and the role fruit has in our production process. Distiller Tom will be diving into brandy production, barrel blending, and discussing fruit as both a base for fermentation and its use in the final product. Event check-in begins at 6:00 pm with a welcome cocktail, followed by a casual, seated tasting starting around 6:30pm. Click here to make your Spirits Society Member Reservation.
