Story: Our 15th bottling in our Curiosity Collection, this release explores the flavors of Maple Syrup Barrel finishing our Round Top Rye Whiskey.
Distilled From: “Sweet mash” of 66% Rye, 22% Corn, 12% Malted Barley
Distilled Method: Single distilled using our Vendome with batch Column
Age: Over 6 years, starting in new charred oak barrels before being finished into a freshly emptied maple syrup barrel for over a year
Filtration: Non-chill filtered
Serving: Perfect for sipping, or to use in classic whiskey cocktails
Alcohol: 58% alcohol by volume, (116 proof)
