Sunday Brunch at Wollersheim Bistro
2025 Dates: November 2 | 9:30am-4:30pm
Kick off your month with Sunday Brunch at Wollersheim Bistro, held generally once each month (excluding select dates). Enjoy a rotating menu paired with mimosas and our award-winning wines and spirits. Special Brunch Menu available starting at 9:30am until close of the Bistro at 4:30pm.
No reservations—seating is first come, first served!
The Winery is open 9:30am to 5pm, and the Distillery is open noon to 5pm.
Ruby Nouveau Release Day

Celebrate one of Wollersheim’s favorite traditions — the release of our Ruby Nouveau, crafted fresh from this fall’s harvest and bottled just weeks after picking. Join us on the third Thursday of November as we toast the arrival of the newest vintage of this vibrant, fruit-forward wine.

Festive Fridays at Wollersheim
December 5, 12 and 19, 2025 | 12pm-8pm
We’re excited to welcome you for three magical evenings of Festive Fridays! On select Fridays, the Winery, Distillery, and Bistro will stay open late to celebrate the holiday season in true Wollersheim style.
No reservations are required to enjoy the event atmosphere, though optional tours and special holiday wine and cocktail tastings will be available to pre-reserve online.
