We’re excited to welcome you for three magical evenings of Festive Fridays! On select Fridays, the Winery, Distillery, and Bistro will stay open late to celebrate the holiday season in true Wollersheim style.

No reservations are required to enjoy the event atmosphere, though optional tours and special holiday wine and cocktail tastings will be available to pre-reserve online. Make Tour or

Bistro Dining

  • Lunch: 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm (regular lunch menu)

  • Dinner: 4:30 pm – 7:30 pm (special evening menu)

  • Seasonal highlight: Chef Romain’s festive Yule Log cake.

  • Seating available in the Bistro or upstairs in the Sugarloaf Room.

  • Wine by the Glass offered in the Bistro or at the U-shaped counter.

  • Be the first to taste our Eagle White wine release on December 5th.

At the Distillery

  • We have another special release on December 19th, our first 10 Year Old Bottled in Bond Bourbon.
