Wollersheim 2025 Spring Caseclub Tasting
Thursday, Friday, Saturday, May 1, 2, 3, 2025
This Caseclub Member exclusive tasting is a strolling version and takes place on May 1st 2nd or 3rd. You’re welcome to sample a great selection of about 20 of our wines alongside delicious Wisconsin cheese pairings as you meander through our fermentation & production areas and into the historic cellars. Open only to Caseclub Members and their guests.
The Winery, Distillery and Pick-up building will all be open from noon until 5 pm during the tasting days. The Bistro and the Vineyard will be open from noon until 4:30 pm.

Spirits Society Summer Tasting at the Distillery

Our Summer Spirits Society Member Tasting will be on Thursday, July 17, 2025 in the Distillery store where we will spend the evening enjoying cocktails and spirits! This summer’s focus will be on brandy and the role fruit has in our production process. Distiller Tom will talk about our brandies and blend our barrels. Event check-in begins at 6:00 pm with a welcome cocktail, followed by a casual, seated tasting starting at 6:30pm.
