2 oz Wollersheim WI Apple Brandy
.25 oz Quince & Apple Citrus Syrup
.25 oz Cinnamon Syrup (see additional recipe)
4 dashes Cherry Bark Vanilla Bitters
1-3 oz Orange La Croix
½ stick of cinnamon

Combine Brandy, Citrus Syrup, Cinnamon Syrup, and Bitters in a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into a taster glass (or a coupe glass). Top with a splash of Orange La Croix. Garnish with a half a stick of cinnamon. Enjoy!
