2 oz Wisconsin Apple Brandy
½ oz Maple Simple Syrup*
½ oz Apple Juice
2 dashes Bittercube Cherry Bark Vanilla Bitters
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Fill glass 3/4 full with ice. Stir 30 seconds and strain into an Old Fashioned glass over one large ice cube.
*Maple Simple Syrup
Mix 1 cup maple syrup and ½ cup water in a pot and bring to a slow boil over medium low heat. Remove from heat and let cool. Keep stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
