Add Press House Brandy, Cedarburg Spice, cranberry syrup and bitters to a mixing glass. Add ice and stir until well chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
*To make Cranberry Syrup: Combine equal parts unsweetened Cranberry Juice and granulated sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Chill and store in an airtight container. Keep refrigerated. Will keep for 2-3 weeks.
