Garnish: Lemon Wheel
1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until chilled.
3. Strain into an ice filled rocks glass.
4. Garnish with lemon wheel.
⅔ cup Honey
⅓ cup Hot Water
Combine honey and hot water. Stir to combine. Pour into an air proof container and refrigerate. Syrup will keep 3-4 weeks.
Raw Ginger (unpeeled)
Combine equal parts (by weight) simple syrup and ginger in a blender. Blend until smooth. Strain into an air proof container and refrigerate. Syrup will keep 3-4 weeks.
