2 oz Wollersheim Vermouth
2 oz Crémant de Bourgogne (Available at Wollersheim Winery)
¾ oz Pomegranate Grenadine*
Club Soda
1 dash Orange Bitters

Combine all ingredients in a Collins glass filled with ice. Stir briefly to combine. Garnish with lemon peel.

Pomegranate Grenadine: Combine 1 cup pomegranate juice and 1 cup sugar in a small pot over medium-low heat. Stir until sugar has dissolved. Chill and keep refrigerated in an airtight container.
