The Scarlet Apple cocktail is bright, tart and refreshing and celebrates our Wisconsin bounty by combining our Apple Eau de Vie, made from Wisconsin grown Apples, with a Cranberry Sage shrub.

Shrubs are syrups made with fruit, sugar, and vinegar. These drinks were very popular in Colonial America as a means to preserve fruit long after it was harvested. This cocktail adds additional complexity to the bright tartness of Wisconsin Cranberries with the savory notes of fresh sage.
