2 oz Wisconsin Apple Brandy
3/4 oz maple simple syrup*
½ oz fresh lemon juice
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice, and shake. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
*Maple Simple Syrup
Mix 1 cup maple syrup and ½ cup water in a pot and bring to a slow boil over medium low heat. Remove from heat and let cool. Keep stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
