2 oz Chamomile-infused Wisconsin Apple Brandy* (see note)
¾ oz Honey Syrup (2 parts honey: 1 part water)
¾ oz Lemon Juice

Garnish: Half Lemon Wheel

1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until chilled.
3. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
4. Garnish with a half lemon wheel.


Chamomile-infused Wisconsin Apple Brandy
5 grams dried Chamomile flowers
750 milliliters Wisconsin Apple Brandy

Combine chamomile and apple brandy in a large mason jar. Allow to steep for 45 minutes. Carefully strain through a cheesecloth or coffee filter. Will keep indefinitely. Does not need to be refrigerated.
