1 oz Dancehall Absinthe Blanche
1 oz White Vermouth
¾ oz Simple Syrup
¾ oz Lime Juice
6-8 Mint Leaves

Garnish: Sprig of Mint, Lemon Wheel

1. Add mint leaves and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker.
2. Gently muddle to release the oils without breaking down the leaves.
3. Add absinthe, vermouth and lime juice to the shaker.
4. Add ice and shake until chilled.
5. Pour into an ice-filled rock glass.
6. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lemon wheel.
