1 oz Dancehall Absinthe Blanche
1 oz Wollersheim Vermouth
¾ oz Simple Syrup
¾ oz Lime Juice
6-8 Mint leaves

Add mint leaves and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker. Muddle the leaves gently, pressing lightly 2 to 3 times to release the oils without breaking down the leaves. Add Absinthe, Vermouth and lime juice to shaker. Add and ice and shake until well chilled. Double strain into an ice filled rocks glass. Garnish with mint and lemon wheel.
