¾ ounce Round Top Rye Whiskey
¾ ounce Press House Brandy
¾ ounce Au Pomme
¼ ounce Grenadine*
1 dash Peychaud’s Bitters
1 dash Angostura Bitters

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir until well chilled. Strain into an ice filled rocks glass. Garnish with expressed orange peel.

Combine 1 cup pomegranate juice and 1 cup sugar in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir until sugar has dissolved. Chill and store in an airtight container. Keep refrigerated.
