Ingredients
¾ oz Round Top Rye Whiskey
¾ oz Wisconsin Apple Brandy
¾ oz Au Pomme
¼ oz Grenadine* (see note)
1 dash Peychaud’s Bitters
1 dash Angostura Bitters

Garnish: Orange Peel

Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass.
2. Add ice and stir until chilled.
3. Strain into an ice filled rocks glass.
4. Garnish with an expressed orange peel.

Note

Grenadine
1 cup pomegranate juice
1 cup granulated sugar

Combine pomegranate juice and sugar in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir until sugar has dissolved. Chill and store in an airtight container. Syrup will keep 3-4 weeks.
