Wollersheim Distillery Earl of Roxbury Cocktail

2 oz Garden Gate Gin
¾ oz Wollersheim Vermouth
¼ oz Earl Grey Syrup*

Add all ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice and stir until well chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with expressed lemon peel.

*Earl Grey Syrup
1 Earl Grey Tea Bag
1 Cup Water
1 Cup Granulated Sugar

Bring water to boil over medium heat. Pull from heat as it begins to boil. Add Earl Grey Tea bag and steep for 5 minutes. Pull Tea bag, add sugar and stir until dissolved. Chill and keep refrigerated in an airtight container.
