Garnish: Lemon Peel
1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass.
2. Add ice and stir until chilled.
3. Strain into a cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with expressed lemon peel.
Earl Grey Syrup
1 Earl Grey tea bag
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup water
Bring water to boil over medium heat. Pull from heat as it begins to boil. Add Earl Grey Tea bag and steep for 5 minutes. Pull Tea bag, add sugar and stir until dissolved. Chill and keep refrigerated in an airtight container. Syrup will keep 3-4 weeks.
