1 oz Round Top Rye Whiskey
1 oz Wisconsin Apple Brandy
1/4 oz Cold Brew Coffee Syrup*
3 dashes Chocolate Bitters

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir until well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with orange peel.

Cold Brew Coffee Syrup
Combine 1 cup of Cold Brew Coffee with 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves. Chill and store in an airtight container.
