1 oz Round Top Rye Whiskey
1 oz Wisconsin Apple Brandy
¼ oz Cold Brew Coffee Syrup* (see note)
2 dashes Chocolate Bitters

Garnish: Orange Peel

1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass.
2. Add ice and stir until chilled.
3. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
4. Garnish with expressed orange peel.


Cold Brew Coffee Syrup

1 cup cold brew coffee
1 ½ cups granulated sugar

Combine cold brew coffee and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves. Chill and store in an airtight container. Syrup will keep for 3-4 weeks.
