Ingredients
2 oz Garden Gate Gin
1 oz White Vermouth
1 tsp Elderflower Syrup (such as Monin brand)
Garnish: Lemon peel
Directions
1. Add all ingredients into a mixing glass.
2. Add ice and stir until well chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with expressed lemon peel.
