Take a walk behind the scenes to explore the winery’s modern-day fermentation room and historic underground aging cellars and the distillery’s stills, barrels, and granary. While you tour, taste a selection of our wines, along with a couple of our hand-crafted, Wisconsin-grown spirits. Our sparkling grape juice is available for the kids. See the bottling line in action at the distillery.
Hear from Winemaker Philippe as he shares news on the 2017 estate vintage and the impact the seasons have on our Lake Wisconsin Viticulture area. Also, hear from Distiller Tom about our spirits that are aging in barrels and how all are made with local grains, grapes and fruits. Observe pruning techniques for home grapevines as we share what we’ve learned about growing grapes in Wisconsin. The demonstration will begin inside and conclude with a visit outside* to our vineyard to show actual pruning. (*Dress for the elements.)
Hear tips on cooking with wine and spirits and enjoy tastes as Executive Chef Paul Short features our estate-grown Domaine du Sac and our estate-grown Coquard Brandy. Both products will be featured in one demonstration.
