Vintage Flip Cocktail
1 ½ oz Wollersheim Press House Brandy
2 oz Vintage Brewing Co. Scaredy Cat Oatmeal Stout
½ oz Scaredy Cat Oatmeal Stout Simple Syrup*
1 whole egg

Add all ingredients to a shaker and swirl to decarbonate beer. Dry shake (shake without ice), then shake with ice and fine-strain into a chilled wine glass. Garnish with nutmeg.

4oz Oatmeal Stout
1 cup sugar

Combine ingredients in saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, let cool. Keep refrigerated in airtight container up to two weeks.
