Ingredients
1 ½ oz Two Mile Bourbon Whiskey
1/2 oz Pear Eau de Vie
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Orange Juice
1/2 oz Vanilla Syrup* (see note)
1/2 oz Cinnamon Syrup* (see note)
1 dsh Bittercube Jamaican #1 Bitters

Garnish: Orange twist and cocktail cherry

Directions
1. Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until well chilled.
3. Strain into an ice filled Collins glass.
4. Garnish with an orange twist and a cocktail cherry.

Note

Vanilla Syrup
500g Simple Syrup
2g Simple Syrup

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and process until thoroughly combined. Transfer to a storage container and refrigerate until ready to use. Syrup will keep for 3-4 weeks.

Cinnamon Syrup
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup water
4 cinnamon sticks, broken into large pieces

Bring all ingredients to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 10 minutes until sugar has dissolved, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and let cool. Discard cinnamon sticks, strain into a clean glass jar and cover. Store refrigerated for up to 3 weeks.
