Join us for an exceptional evening of seasonal food paired with white wines grown on the estate. The meal will be prepared by Chef Romain Coquard and the Bistro team using fresh, local ingredients.
The evening will begin with a cash bar in our Bistro from 5:30 to 6:15 and will continue with a delicious dinner in our Sugarloaf Room, with each course paired with a wine.
Price: $95 includes Dinner, Wine and Gratuity (Sales tax & booking fee additional)

Unleashing Hope
A Fundraiser for Wisconsin Veterans

We are hosting a fundraiser to support Ketchum’s Got Your Six, an organization that provides training for service dogs to Wisconsin Veterans suffering from PTSD.
Brandon Ketchum, a Marine who served two tours of duty in Iraq, embodied courage and sacrifice. After leaving the Marines, he joined the National Guard and bravely served in Afghanistan, where he was injured—both physically and emotionally. Tragically, on July 8, 2016, he lost his battle with PTSD.
Every day, 22 veterans die by suicide in the United States. Ketchum’s Got Your Six is dedicated to making a difference by raising funds to provide training for service dogs to Wisconsin veterans suffering from PTSD. These loyal companions offer invaluable support, comfort, and a lifeline to those who have bravely served our country.
Our goal with this event is clear: if we can save a single life, it is worth every effort.

Sunday Brunch at Wollersheim Bistro

Join us for Sunday brunch! We’ll be offering an à la carte Brunch menu along with our regular Bistro menu for the entire Brunch day from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm.
Special Brunch menu items include French Toast, Biscuits & Gravy, Mushroom & Spinach Quiche, Seasonal Fruit Cup, House-made Pastry, Coffee, Wine, Mimosas, and Irish Coffee.
No reservations are needed. The Winery will also be open early at 9:30 am with tastings starting at noon. The Distillery will open at noon, as usual.

We’ll have music playing at both the Wine Garden and Distillery Patio locations. Soak up the beauty of the summer while sipping your favorite beverage and taking in the views.
