Happy National Hot Toddy Day! Hot Toddies are the perfect way to warm up on a cold winter day and some claim they can even relieve cold symptoms. In honor of National Hot Toddy Day we will feature our “Pumpkin Toddy” today only in the Distillery Retail store. If the weather is keeping you home, just follow the recipe below to make a delicious and warming cocktail combining our Wisconsin Apple Brandy with maple syrup and pumpkin puree!

Pumpkin Toddy

  • 1 ½ oz Wisconsin Apple Brandy
  • ½ oz Lemon Juice
  • ½ oz Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp. Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 dashes Bittercube Blackstrap Bitters
  • Add all ingredients to a heatproof mug and stir.Top with 5 oz hot water and stir. Garnish with grated cinnamon.
