Semi-Dry Blush Wine

Bright, fruity and sweet tart blush reminiscent of citrus, pink grapefruit, and red currant. The glowing pink color comes from the selection of estate grapes. Prairie Blush consistently receives gold medals, and has earned Wollersheim Winery the distinction of being one of America's premium rose' producers.

Grape: 100% Marechal Foch, Wisconsin grown

Production Method: cold fermentation, natural residual sweetness by stopping fermentation

Aging: none, bottled early spring

Sweetness: semi-dry

Alcohol: 11%

Serving Temperature: 40ºF – 45ºF

Aging Potential: enjoy young (up to two years)

Serve with: cheese, appetizers, picnics

History: started making Prairie Blush in 1993
